THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE IN DIETING AND WEIGHT LOSS.

These type of foods damage our pancreas and livercontribute to degenerative diseases, cancer, hormonal imbalances, obesity...

Our aim through the diet programme is to repair the damage caused by these foods. The first objective is to promote the healing of the pancreas and fatty liver. Then the focus shifts to the repairing of your internal organs and joints which will improve your levels of vitality. In the process you will also lose weight.

Note: all your fruits, nuts and vegetables should ideally be organic.

  • Cold pressed olive oil
  • Vitamin D tablets
  • Omega 3 rich fish oil
  • Fresh mint for making tea
  • Fresh organic lemon for tea
  • Organic ginger (grind it weekly) for tea
  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Leek
  • Green leafy salads and parsley
  • Green cabbage
  • Kale
  • Cauliflower
  • Red cabbage
  • Beetroot
  • Turnip
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Mushrooms
  • Dates
  • Kiwi
  • Pomegranate

  • Organic chicken
  • Organic chicken liver

WATER FROM THE SOURCE (VOLVOIC WATER) (minimum 2litres a day)

Organic fish every other day preferably salmon and mackerel that are rich in Omega 3
Lentil soup (made with onion and cold pressed olive oil)

Do not consume

  • Coca cola or any other fizzy drink
  • Anything that is labelled as "low fat" food
  • Fruit juice
  • Alcohol
  • Kebabs, burgers or any other fast food
  • Potatoes
  • Rice
  • Sweeteners
  • Sugar
  • Bread
  • Dolma
  • Kombe
  • Cornflakes
  • Sausage or Sucuk

Do not eat anything after 7 pm.

 

The following tests are very important before commencing the programme:

  • Insulin level
  • Fasting Glucose
  • Vitamin D
  • Iron level
  • Thyroid function test
  • Female hormone screen (PCOS)
